UX/UI Design Workflow Tracker Template Documentation

This documentation will guide users through the structure and usage of the UX/UI Design Workflow Tracker Notion template. The template consists of three key pages that help UX/UI designers and project managers track design tasks, feedback, and issues effectively.

Main Page: Design Task Tracker

Purpose:

The Design Task Tracker helps designers manage tasks related to a project. It tracks progress, priority, and overall impact on the project. This page ensures that designers can prioritize tasks effectively and complete them on time.

Table Structure:

  1. Task Name: The name of the design task.

• This can be the specific feature or element you are working on, such as “Design Homepage Layout” or “Mobile Navigation Update.”

  1. Status: Current status of the task.

• Options: Not Started, In Progress, Completed.

  1. Priority (1-10 scale): Numerical rating to determine the importance of the task.

• Higher values indicate higher priority, ensuring that critical tasks are addressed first.

•	10 = High priority, 5 = Medium priority, 3 or below = Low priority.
  1. Impact on Design (1-10 scale): Rating to determine the potential impact of the task on the overall project.

• Tasks with higher ratings are those that are expected to bring significant value to the user experience or project outcome.

  1. Due Date: The target date for task completion.

• This ensures proper scheduling and timelines for each task.

Formula:

Task Priority Calculation:

• This is calculated by combining the Priority and Impact on Design scores to get an overall score for how important and impactful the task is.
