Columns include:

Feedback Category: This column defines the type of feedback, such as “What Went Well,” “What Didn’t Go Well,” or “Action Items.”

Description: A brief explanation of the feedback or issue.

Priority: The importance of addressing the feedback, rated as High, Medium, or Low.

Owner: The person responsible for resolving the feedback or action item.

Status: Current status of the feedback item (e.g., Open, In Progress, Completed).

Page 2: Sprint Retrospective Action Items

This page tracks action items based on the retrospective feedback. It assigns action items to team members, sets due dates, and monitors the progress of these tasks.

Columns include:

Action Item: A specific task or improvement identified in the retrospective.

Assigned To: The team member responsible for the action item.

Due Date: The deadline for completing the action item.

Progress: The status of the task (Not Started, In Progress, Completed).

Priority: The level of importance for each action item (High, Medium, Low).
